An ancient farmstead traditionally consists of a hayloft, stable, and a small room meant for cooking and preparing cheese. If these three areas are under one roof, the hayloft will be above the stable, while the kitchen is located on the side. These ancient homes contain our history and, near our hotel, you’ll find traditional huts and farmsteads which are well worth a visit to experience how life was in the past. In some of these farmsteads you can also purchase local products, taking in the fresh scent of mountain herbs which are grown here to this very day.
